Travel Concepts is not your average travel agency. We choose to be independent rather than part of a chain. We value our ability to provide clients with objective advice and to offer travel products that suit the client, not head office. That said, we also choose to be affiliated with Ensemble Travel, a group of over 1000 independently-owned agencies across North America, which provides us with extraordinary buying power, influence and effectiveness within the travel agency community.

The partners in Travel Concepts are Cindy Horton and Ellie Hender, both of whom are actively involved in the business - true professionals with over 30 years experience in their field. They are Certified Travel and Master Cruise Counsellors who encourage their team members to participate in specialist programs and industry upgrading opportunities whenever possible. Cindy Horton is the managing partner in Edgemont Village, North Vancouver, while Ellie Hender is in the West Vancouver office.

Infinity Travel Concepts Ltd. was formed in 1999 when Cindy and Ellie merged their separate businesses - both of which had been operating for a number of years. Travel Concepts currently employs 17 people in two offices and specializes in the following areas:
